The Finishing facility

 

At GNA, we have a finishing facility which meticulously prepares the garments in their final stage of production. Quality assurance for our customers is comprehensively ensured at this stage.

 

• The facility currently hosts ten ‘Topper’ Naomoto machines, imported from Osaka, Japan, for french and soft pressing.

 

• There are also fifty two manual irons for hard pressing.

 

• One Ngai garment turning machine and six Vertostar thread sucking machines which automatically clean the garments of any, even minute, loose threads.
